The day after tomorrow,
After tomorrow's sun sets,
That will be the time,
When I lay my past with you to rest.
I need one more day to grieve,
One more day to cry,
To let out of my heart all I feel,
And be ready for a new try.
The day after tomorrow,
I will be ready to move on,
For finally I can see a horizon,
And know that the past is gone.
I see the sky and the clouds,
And deep down I know,
As soon as the sun comes out,
The love in my heart will again grow.
The day after tomorrow,
Will be the first part,
For getting it all back together,
Starting with my strong heart.
So, it will be then that I move on,
Taking steps into the new field,
Where I am strong and proud,
Reaping the benefits that my life will yield.
